I mean it's not as if he suddenly found himself an orphan, or his uncle wanted him out of the way so he could be the king instead, right?....I mean, if you were in that kind of pickle you'd certainly wish you had some magic about, wouldn't you? I know I would. Delightful tale. Works of two of the original illustrators grace this story, written by Dinah Maria Mulock Craik in 1874.
