This vital portion of project activities has as its goal: Productin of a clear, precise scope-of-work document that defines costs and methods to be employed. Measurement protocols are quantified, reporting mechanics are determined, and a general schedule is developed. This effort is provided without fee; excepting however, if on-site visitation is necessary, the client is responsible for travel, lodging and related expenses.
The individuals responsible for implementation will meet with appropriate personnel in your organization to establish detail task assignments, and to be provided applicable data/input. Specific milestones are established with firm schedules and budgets.
The implementation phase(s) are carried out in accordance with the plan and schedule.
Fee arrangements are based on full-days. On-site costs including travel are client-paid. In the event that, at anytime during the contracted project, the client desires to enter into an employment agreement to retain the assigned individual(s) as employee(s), our billing ceases.
