2.20 carats Diamond Dangle Earrings VS2, G

From the Treasure Coast of Florida, this is one of several items of fine jewelry which have recently been placed with us on consignment. They are part of a large, living estate, from Palm Beach, Florida. A number of the pieces of jewelry have already been sold locally, (prior to our photographer even having had the time to formally photograph the items to accompany our online listings).

In addition to the items of jewelry, we also have in our possession copies of a multi-page appraisal covering each of those items, and have included relevant excerpts from the appraisals as part of the description which appears below. The appraisals were prepared by a G. I.A. accredited Appraiser/Gemologist, whose offices are located in Palm Beach, Florida. The dates appearing on the appraisals are January 17 and January 18, 2005.

The appraisal states: "18k [yellow*] gold long dangle diamond straight line earrings. The earrings contain 21 round brilliant cut diamonds per earring for a total of 42. They are all matched for clarity and color being G in color and VS2 in clarity. The diamonds are all set in a single row with three per diamond prongs. The total diamond weight is 2.20 ct"

The weight of these handsome diamond dangle earrings is 3.29 DWT.

*At least two pieces of jewelry from this estate, (these earrings and a pave' diamond necklace), were originally 18k yellow gold, but at the consignors request were later rhodium plated when a fashion trend began to feature more models wearing white gold, as opposed to wearing yellow gold jewelry. These earrings beautifully compliment platinum, as well as white gold and bi-color necklaces. Item # c-jl-7, Price: $3650.
