Warranties. Summerland warrants to Buyer that all goods furnished are of good quality and new, and free of manufacturing defects. Summerland warranties all goods to be free from labor and material defects for a period of three years after installation unless abused, neglected, or improperly used, and Summerland shall repair or replace, at its option and at no cost to Buyer, any goods that exhibit or material defects within the warranty period that are not attributable to neglect, abuse, or improper use or installation of the goods. Customer is responsible for advance measurements, determination of location suitability, and/or additional costs by delivery personnel. Custom manufactured and sale furnishings are not returnable. Summerland cannot and does not warrant that all goods will conform to state and local codes and regulations in the state of final destination. Summerland shall not be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, physical injury or lost profits, which result from defects in the goods. In order to assert rights under this warranty, Buyer must notify Summerland, in writing, of the defective goods and the nature of any defect within three weeks of discovery of the defect.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK:

Customer is responsible for advance measurements, determination of installation location suitability, and/or additional installation costs by delivery personnel. The OFFICE is sized to be installed just about anywhere, but as with any furniture order, you must get out your own measuring tape to make sure the cabinetry will fit in the location you have in mind for it. The depth of the largest cabinet is 28", the width is 48", the height, sans crown, is 75". Virtually all but bathroom doors are about 30" in width. For typical doorways, you'll have 2" to spare. But do use common sense. If you want to locate a unit on the second floor, or down a hall for example, you don't want movers arriving and announcing that you can't get anything larger than an end table up those stairs, around that corner, or through that portal. There are always access options of course. We've had some clients take units through outside windows, some use cranes to hoist them over second floor balconies. It is your responsibility to get out your tape measure in advance.

Return requests for ingress/egress inaccesability are subject to shipping/installation and resale/restocking charges.
