The OFFICE™ - About Delivery

The OFFICE™ is Delivered and Installed For You

Typical delivery costs throughout the continental United States will run approximately $600 for CEO models. Bekins and similar electronic & fine furniture shipping companies are used for transport. Installation is handled by InstallNet. Installation charge for CEO model is $150. and will take from 2 to 3 hours.

Difficult or unusual delivery access, (we've had some strange ones) or more remote locations, may necessitate a separate delivery surcharge by the shipper. Your OFFICE™ will be shipped from the closest stocking factory.

Shipping costs for all other models will vary based on options selected. Total will be quoted at time of order.

Shipping/Installation Example: The CEO is shipped in separate cartons as main cabin, peripheral cabinet, crown, two doors, & chair. Desk accessories, speakerphone, BackUPS, PowerManager™, door handles, keys, etc. are boxed and shipped inside main cabin and peripheral cabinet. Wiring, cabling, toolbars, lighting, bulletin and write boards, etc. have been factory-installed. Installers will bolt main cabin and peripheral cabinet together on location. False backs will be removed, clearly marked plugs located in the peripheral cabinet, will be threaded through a provided passageway between the two pieces, and inserted into matching, clearly marked receptacles in the main cabin. The crown will be placed on top, doors hung, handles installed, unit positioned and leveled. Shipping crate debris will be removed by shipper.

Delivery Time: Typically 10 days to 2 weeks for in-stock models. Holidays take longer.

What’s Needed At Time of Installation:
IMPORTANT-You will need to have the following on hand for the installers; 1 each extension cable for your keyboard, printer, monitor and mouse. Your local Radio Shack or computer super-store will have these in stock. Computer systems vary, so specify your brand/model keyboard, printer and mouse to the store technician to make certain you obtain the correct cable extensions. Cost will be about $20.

Special Order, Custom manufactured models of The OFFICE™ will be built to the same exacting specifications, so prices may vary significantly from high-volume factory production runs.
