Engage the support of the easily led, the intellectually challenged, the naive and uneducated, the far right religious fringe, and the hate groups. Pander to their fears and their prejudices. Give them a media slogan which says "Fair and Balanced", conditioning them to accept without question the propaganda being spewed into their homes. Distort facts to those who are unclear on the subject to get them to protest against their own best interests.

The Code of Conduct for U.S. Judges sets out rules that judges are obliged to follow to ensure impartiality.
But Supreme Court justices have decided that they are not obliged to follow the rules that apply to all other federal judges.
The Supreme Court declared that Corporations are people and may contribute unlimited money to political campaigns.

(4) Control The Presidency:

The "Citizens United" Supreme Court Ruling permits unlimited political donations by corporations, which may also include foreign money. Domestic and foreign casino owner Billionaire Sheldon Adelson stated that he's willing to go as high as $100 million to defeat President Barack Obama.
