Here's the thing about applicants for really big jobs who want the title and the prestige, and the glory, and the really swell retirement plan, but flatly refuse to provide financial references and decline tell you WHAT they plan to do, because they're afraid that if they WERE to tell you, you wouldn't hire them.....
